1. Employment Position
The employee is hired as Employee Tasslock LTD Company . The employee’s primary duties and responsibilities will be as outlined in their job description, which may be subject to change as business needs evolve.
2. Probation Period
Upon commencement of employment, the employee will be subject to a probationary period of 6 months, during which time both the Company and the employee can assess the suitability of the role. This period may be extended at the Company’s discretion.
3. Working Hours
The standard working hours for this role are 39 hours per week, 6-7 days. Additional hours may be required to fulfill job requirements, for which the employee will receive overtime pay or time off in lieu as per Company policy.
4. Remuneration and Benefits
The employee will receive a salary/Commissions of as per company selection.
5. Holiday Entitlement
The employee is entitled to 16 days of paid annual leave per year, in addition to public holidays. Annual leave should be booked in advance and is subject to approval by the employee’s manager.
6. Sick Leave
In the event of illness, the employee must notify their manager as soon as possible and provide a doctor’s note if absent for more than 14 days. Statutory sick pay will be provided in accordance with UK law.
7. Confidentiality
During the course of employment, the employee may have access to confidential information about the Company, its clients, or business operations. The employee agrees not to disclose any such information to unauthorized individuals or entities, both during and after their employment.
8. Termination of Employment
Either party may terminate the employment contract with or without notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate employment for reasons including but not limited to misconduct, poor performance, redundancy, or breach of Company policies.
9. Intellectual Property
Any work, inventions, or intellectual property created by the employee during the course of their employment shall belong solely to the Company.
10. Code of Conduct
The employee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and adhere to the Company’s code of conduct and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook.
11. Grievance Procedure
Should the employee have any grievances relating to their employment, they should follow the Company’s grievance procedure as outlined in the employee handbook.
12. Amendments to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to periodic review and may be amended by the Company with reasonable notice.
13. Governing Law
This employment contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
